Finmeccanica continuously invests in regenerating and strengthening its human capital and invites you and other talented graduates from around the world to participate in its Master in International Business Engineering, which will be taught in English and held in Rome (Italy), starting from October 2008 and ending in October 2009.
The Master’s Programme has been designed to forge a link between academic establishments and industry, with the involvement of prestigious partner Universities from around the world. As a participant in the Master’s Programme, you will gain exclusive access to learning and development opportunities that will support your future career in the Finmeccanica Group.
The Master’s Programme combines a period of 8-month intensive Learning with an 4-month Internship in one of the Finmeccanica Group Operating Companies.
Your Learning will be organised into four thematic areas:
- Business & Program Management (PM)
- Innovation & Technology Management (TM)
- International Marketing & Sales (MS)
- International Strategic Management (SM)
Each of these thematic areas will be co-ordinated, in collaboration with Finmeccanica, by different prestigious international Academic Institutions.
Talented Graduates are invited from around the world to apply for the Master’s Programme. The Master is a truly international initiative: last year’s edition had over 3500 applications from 40 different countries. Following successful completion of the Programme, participating Students will be offered a position within a Finmeccanica Group Company.
Finmeccanica also offers financial support to cover tuition fees, accommodation and living expenses.
