SEMESTERS OVERVIEW
Semester 1:
Operations Management
During this first semester, students will acquire the fundamentals of the hospitality industry and more particularly will look at the operational aspect in culinary arts, service and rooms division. These subjects are taught in both theoretical and practical settings where students learn to perform and supervise various tasks within the "back-of-the house". The students also acquire the fundamental financial and human resources skills.

This important project integrates the theoretical and practical elements for the development and realization of a unique event. The funding, budgeting, promotional and logistic planning are all carefully elaborated and analyzed to ensure the viability. Students have to present and defend their proposal in front of a panel of faculty mambers and their overall performance will be evaluated.
